I replied yesterday via email on the budget issue. Our budget is here http://spreadsheets.google.com/a/barcampbangkok.org/ccc?key=rKq1FCPshUPCL-_nERT-F8A&hl=en and costs should be somewhat in line with the budget--or we will not have enough money to feed everybody. T-shirts are more expensive than planned and we have only a small amount of padding left in the budget.
We need less expensive lunches if we will feed almost 700 people. B40 for a box lunch should be enough. SPU will supply water at B4 a bottle. We can do our own coffee; buy sachets and cups and have SPU provide hot water--that is more like B5000 for coffee. We need to buy some boxes of packages Kanom--the little filled buns you get at 7-11 or something like that for B5-B6 each for snacks. The file "Menu and cost from K.Urai for Barcamp dinner" is a MS Word doc and needs a .doc extension. Breakfast is OK.
