We definitely cannot share our email list with others, regardless of who
they are. I think their best bet would be to create a web questionnaire and
post a link to it on the email list. Of course it's quite all right for us
to send the email on their behalf but a link to the list is likely to get
promoted better as it can also be twitted about.
