I work pretty much exclusively with Drupal as well....but I think I'm busy enough for the next 2 months.
I am looking for a designer who can assist me with a project I have. I need a really standard Header + 3 column design. Nothing special, but needs to be clean, easy to read and look nice. I'm looking for someone who has an eye for usability and understands designing for HTML. If anyone knows of any designers in Thailand who do wonderful work and can communicate with me in english, please let me know.
