Exactly 3 days sounds good. This would make it worth to spend time and money in Bangkok. And speakers come and go. Well there might be also coming more new faces from outside and new speakers! A 3 day event would perhaps even pull people from outside Thailand to Bangkok.
Instead on high numbers of participants you should better concentrate on high quality of discussions and talks. And with less, but more dedicated people and longer time for the camp this Camp could be much more successful than all others.
