It was a little bit of a mess this year trying to organize sponsors
since we didn't have any specific guidelines outlined for them. This
caused the larger corporate sponsors to provide us with their own
guidelines on what they wanted in return for their sponsorship money
and this became a mild logistical mess.

Next year, it's been agreed that we should create a proper sponsor
prospectus to avoid such future conflicts.

With that said, I've just been looking up at the DrupalCon Chicago
2010 prospectus and it's something that we should mimic next year.
Just posting this hear to share and for my own future reference.
