If you look at my example you will see that the fileset has the following construct:

\\|/etc/opt/ELMbareos/bareos_pgsql_manager

e.g. the \\| will execute the script /etc/opt/ELMbareos/bareos_pgsql_manager
on the client and use the output of that script as input for the plugin 
configuration.
The script outputs valid bpipe plugin definitions. With that you should be able 
to
generate a dynamic set of mysql backups.
