Hi, "apt-get install bacula-fd" on the PI will simply do it... As long as you don’t instruct bareos-dir to use new bareos features (means NOT setting compatible=no) it should work. http://www.bareos.org/en/faq/items/bareos_bacula_compatibility.html http://www.bareos.org/en/faq/items/upgrade_bacula_bareos.html

Hi, that's the "problem"; I'm very lazy... In a Raspbian usergroup I asked this question too, the (very helpful) folks there have given me an instruction to compile the client by myself. I just thought there is a simple way to install a completed package on my Raspberry/Raspbian. -- Niemand käme auf die Idee, Tinte mit Tinte abzuwaschen nur Blut soll immer wieder mit Blut abgewaschen werden. -- Ebner-Eschenbach Grüsse aussem Pott! - Uli -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "bareos-users" group.
