Hello,

I'm experiencing an error while labelling tapes:

3305 Autochanger "load slot 1, drive 0", status is OK.
block.c:1004 Read error on fd=5 at file:blk 0:0 on device
"Live1-NEO100s-TapeDrive" (/dev/nst0). ERR=Input/output error.
3000 OK label. VolBytes=64512 Volume="000017L5"
Device="Live1-NEO100s-TapeDrive" (/dev/nst0)
Catalog record for Volume "000017L5", Slot 1 successfully created.

This is with a LTO5 tape on a NEO100 tape library, but the same happens with
LTO6 tapes on a NEO100 or a Quantum SL6 tape library

Nothing suspicious in log files.

There is no error if i first erase the tape before labelling it.

I'm using Director Version: 14.2.2 (12 December 2014) x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
debian Debian GNU/Linux 7.0 (wheezy)

Any ideas why/how this is happening?

Thanks,

Franck
