NDMP is in all Linux package only you are using the wrong config in the wrong
configfile.
ndmp resource only make sense in bareos-sd.conf to create ndmp users for the
buildin
NDMP Tape Agent in the SD.
You probably missed the following in README.NDMP
Configuration in bareos-sd.conf:
