Stupid question if you want to user \\server\folder as storage place,
why not installing bareos-sd on those server ?

Would avoid all those kind of strange stuff.

Because in future i wish use bareos to backup in NAS.

Depending on what kind of NAS you have, installing Bareos SD on the NAS could be possible. I'm not sure at all if UNC path will work as SD storage and mapping drive letters for a service is somewhat hackisch. You might try to use a symlink to UNC path like explained here http://superuser.com/questions/650025/how-to-access-mapped-directory-from-a-windows-service but use at your own risk...
