Hi,
Your commmands looks good.
Stopping Bareos, then unmounting the CIFS share, remount it and start Bareos 
will probably correct the rights problem (like it did for me long time ago) but 
what are the CIFS mount options ?
Perhaps mounting this share via NFS would be easier (NAS & Bareos SD are Linux 
I suppose).
