There will be a 18.4.2rc2 in the next weeks that includes bugfixes and
documentation updates. This will help you to be able to run all streams
in cleartext.
However, TLS PSK is enabled by default to ensure encrypted connections.
Please use release candidates for your experiments rather than nightly
builds.
