You are mixing versions here, please use 16.2.x Bareos daemons with 16.2.x Bareos webui or 18.2.x daemons with 18.2.x webui. Bareos WebUI compatibility between versions is not guaranteed in every case. Make sure to install the correct versions after adding download.bareos.com or download.bareos.org repository as Debian itself ships with an older Bareos version.
