Unless I'm misunderstanding the situation, you do not need to have
multiple storage devices. Bareos can interleave jobs to one or more
devices.
Check "Max Concurrent" settings for storage devices, storage daemon, and
director.
Assuming you start multiple jobs against multiple clients, you should be
able to get more than one job going at the same time.
