Hello Ramil, there should be an error message logged after the "Get CBT failed:" which is what the plugin got back from the failed API call when it requested the CBT data.
One cause for that issue can be that the VM was restored, which means that the disk was completey overwritten. In that case an incremental CBT backup is not possible. I think in the past this could also occur after a storage vmotion, but I'm not sure if that could still be a problem in current versions of vSphere.
