Hi Graham, I just uploaded an example (that also can be found in CVS) to sourceforge (https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=102886) called baritusexample.zip.
You can build it using Maven (http://maven.apache.org). Some of the dependencies are not on ibiblio, so in order to build the example, you need to include the repository: http://test.topicus.nl/maven/ You can do this by creating or editing file 'build.properties' in your user home dir (e.g. C:\Documents and Settings\hillenius.TOPICUS) and adding line: maven.repo.remote=http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/,http://test.topicus.nl/maven / (be sure not to have trailing spaces on that line). Also, you need to have MySQL installed. You can create the database (called maverickexample) by executing the script in ${project}/src/etc/maverickexample_mysql.sql One final word of warning: the application is not very well maintained, so it is possible that things don't work. But, by looking at the sources etc, you should get an idea of the things you can do with Baritus/ Maverick.
