Are you able to:
- compile your own kernel? If so, could you make sure that
CONFIG_USB_DEBUG is turned on, and send the results?
- run a different kernel version? This might be easier than
compiling your own, and would be interesting to know
if the same errors happen or not.
- run Windows in a VMWare session to communicate with the Pearl?
If so, does a backup work? If it works, could you follow the
usbfs_snoop instructions for Linux in doc/USBCapture.txt
and send the log? (just the beginning trace messages)
