I also forgot to mention, btool -l doesn't find the device.
This all seems too be in issue because I forgot to run the commands under
sudo, Once I ran it with sudo it set maxpower to 500mA and btool found the
device... But now the problem is the charging icon actually disappears when
I get it up to 500mA
