Might be related (or the same) to a bug in the Red Hat Bugzilla: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=379341 I think it was discussed on this mailinglist a while ago. Unfortunately I can't remember what the outcome or solution was, should be in the archives though.
