opensync uses kernel-style versioning; 0.3x is the unstable development
branch for 0.4x.

I would not worry too much about 0.3x because it sucks. It does not,
fundamentally, work, and is liable to eat all your data. So personally I
wouldn't worry about writing a barry plugin for 0.3x or 0.4x until it,
y'know, doesn't suck. :)
