It can take a while until Pasky gets around to such email.
In the meantime, if you still want to use git, you can create a second
account and push to Barry's mob branch. That one is writable by anyone.
You can find instructions on how to do that here, near the bottom
of the page:

When you push there, post the SHA1 sum of your tree to the list, so I know
there's something you want me to pull.
