Yes, I agree.  Perhaps 0x78 means the command was accepted in a pending
fashion, as it seems to be used in other contexts as well.

I haven't fully reverse engineered the packets at the end of your -inuse
log, but I could probably add them as straight data.  Probably best to
make a JavaLoader::ResetDevice() function for that.
