It would, if it were that simple.  I know that some phones have "- All"
databases that cannot be parsed by Barry, so I'm quite surprised
(pleasantly surprised, though) that Nicolas is having success.

My main test devices don't have "- All"... I'll have to see if I can track
one down.  Especially one that fails.

As for the top level API perspective, I think we should let the programmer
decide whether to download the main database, or "- All", or both.
I'm not sure hiding that from the API is a good idea, but it might be a
good idea from the end user's perspective.
