Hello Chris, So recently I've noticed that I can no longer charge the Blackberry on Fedora (F13) with kernels greater than 2.6.34.3-37. I've tried upgrading the barry tools with no change in behaviour, but I'm wondering if it is the kernel or the tools and kernel. When I plug it in, the symbol telling me it is charging appears but within 30 seconds is gone. If I run bcharge it tells me that it is already at 500ma and that it is setting the phone to dual mode, which then makes the charging symbol re-appear. I'd have to run that in a loop to keep charging the phone.
Any ideas? Its a pearl 8130 I think...
