In fact, at+clac lists an important set of command but a lot don't work 
correctly (e.g. cpin).
The idea of at+csq sounded good but doesn't work : before the pin code 
has been entered, it answers me 31 (seems that it's the best) and 
answers 99 only when the phone is off.

Another idea ?
