You'll have to provide some debugging info in order for us to help you.
Are you able to use the modem feature from Windows? i.e. is tethering
supported by your provider?
What kind of reset are you looking for? The most reliable one is unplugging
the battery and reinserting it.
If that fails, you'll need to follow the Troubleshooting section on this
page:

If your Blackberry is capable of Bluetooth, you might try that as well.
