I am thinking it may be a problem with spamassassin as I just realized
that the HAM and SPAM learn functions have stopped working from the web
interface. I will resolve this error first and see what happens.

This seems like a question for the MailScanner list. Baruwa should
indicate what RBL the sender was listed in. If for any reason it does
not appear under "Listed in RBL:" then it should be listed under
spamassassin report.
