In debug mode it just stores messages to the processing database but doesn't
scan them. With debug off, it attempts to scan them but fails, repeats 4 times
I believe, then sends the message to quarantine. At that point, I can see the
message in Baruwa. If I attempt to release the message, Baruwa says "Error
connecting to server. check network!"
Disabling the modules, mail flows just fine.
