OK, here's some follow-up:
* Can't Preview message: "Oops! This link appears to be broken."
This was FIXED by getting the options in the MailScanner.conf
set correctly, particularly
- Quarantine Permissions = 0660 # I had
it at 0600
- Quarantine Group = www-data
# Was apache, but my server was running apache as www-data.
* Can't release from quarantine: "Error connection to server. check
network!"
No more information with DEBUG = True
Still a problem
* Settings tab doesn't have any domains listed: "No domains found"
I don't know how to add a domain. There doesn't seem to be any
way of doing this. I'm probably looking right past it.
* I can't modify the White/Black lists "Server Error occured"
No more information with DEBUG = True
Still a problem
* Status shows the MTA as having 0 processes
Seems to have fixed itself. I don't know how or why?
Postfix is running many of the services as chroot. See
http://pastebin.com/embed_js.php?i=TWpxkyAH for my Postfix master.cf
file.
This is the default settings supplied with a Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Server
installation.

Are you running postfix in a chroot ?
