I've added 127.0.0.1 to a whitelist. So baruwa created this rule: 
To: MyFirstDomain.com from: 127.0.0.1 Action:=builtin= 

then i tried to release a spam just to see and the mail was not released and
rescanned as spam.

i tried to release the same mail, clicking release and sa-learn=forget and
even sa-learn=ham and the result is the same: mail is rescanned and tagged
as spam and no delivery.

can i add the ip ::1 to the whitelist, i imagine it use it:

2011-09-28 13:15:47 1R8s79-0000iN-G2 <= [email protected]
H=localhost ([email protected]) [::1] P=esmtp S=4191
