it all depend on what are the server resources, how much RAM? how much CPU
power? is it a VM machine? How many inbound and outbound mails you're
filtering? do you use shared storage? NFS? iSCSI? SAN? etc etc.....
the delay is definetly dependant on your hardware resources quality and how
did you configure your postfix/AV/filetring rules etc etc.... so there's no
specific answer to your request/question.
