Ok now i'm following http://baruwa.org/docs/install_debian.html looks like i'm having more luck
however, I'm at the end (p.s. not figured out how to check the noted logs yet, will have to spend some time googleing) all seems fine except, that when i go to the server in a web browser all i get is the initial apache page "It works!
