Settings.py is in order.
Only one instance of Baruwa installed.
 
Messages do end up in the RabbitMQ queue, but are not processed.

Its a configuration issue, your celery settings are incorrect, you are accessing
rabbitmq as the guest user. double check your setting.py file also check if
you have multiple copies of baruwa installed, that sometimes causes the issue
the wrong settings get picked up.
