The real issue it that the Webob API changed in version 1.2[1], in a backwards incompatible way this breaks the repoze friendly form plugin. There is a bug[2] filed to address this issue upstream but there has been no movement, when i get time i will look at it an possibly contribute the fix upstream. That being said, there is a workaround, you need to downgrade Webob and you should be fine.
