I had actually thought of this a while back. There are only 2 real spam add-ons 
for cpanel. MailScanner install from ConfigServer 
(http://configserver.com/cp/msfe.html) and ASSP (http://www.grscripts.com/) I 
would definitely be willing to work with you on this one Andrew. I have some 
cpanel servers you can use for development/testing when your ready.
