Very nicely done, reminds me of the old apache auto installer from back in the 
day, i forget the name.

You do not need to run this twice.

pip install distribute
pip install -U distribute

pip install -U distribute will do it.

The sphinx too may be too old as epel has 0.9.9

Otherwise, its great work.
