Started over and finally got celeryd to start from the command line and
the test web page to come up.
I believe the issues I was having came because you need to run "pip
install -r requirements.txt" AGAIN if you have to run "easy_install -U
distribute" (from the beginning of the install). Being less than an
expert on baruwa I was not aware of what I should have seen on the
screen during the install, so was not aware when things had gone wrong.
This last time around it was obvious I had gotten it right.
Still working on the rest of the install.
