Because the postfix hooks have not been developed. Andrew prefer's Exim, and i 
just don't think he has had time to build postfix support into 2.0.
Exim is the only MTA currently supported in 2.0.

2.0 runs on fbsd/cent/ubuntu .. you name it. The only hooks for 2.0 are exam.  
So are you 1 or 2 ?
1.1.2 will run postfix
