thank you Andrew for your response . I've verified, that the django_auth_ldap backend is OK to lock local accounts. In my test, my "normal user" had the possibility to change its password, because, before this, I had edit its profile and change its password with admin account , so password was unlocked . To lock again the password, I just enter "!" in the field .
