Is there a clean way to disable TLS in the exim configs provided? An
exim list subscriber indicated it was necessary to comment all instances
out in exim4.conf, but I found some conversations indicating it could be
done cleaningly through the exim4_conf_template. file. Don't want to
break the rest of my config by commenting out too much.
