I have a working baruwa 2.0 install (exim4 on Ubuntu 12.04 and baruwa
2.0.). Things were working fine, but today I have a single domain I
relay to that is being bounced by the scanner with the following errors
(errors occur instantly, once the message hits the server)
Sender error:
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
ray@domain <mailto:[email protected]>
queued for message checks: retry timeout exceeded
Server error:
2013-02-11 13:23:40 1U4yyZ-0000oH-US == pete@domain R=message_checks
defer (-1): queued for message checks

I can telnet and ping the receiving mail server just fine.quit
I tried the following, but it did not fix things:
/usr/sbin/exim_tidydb -t 1d /var/spool/exim4 retry > /dev/null
/usr/sbin/exim_tidydb -t 1d /var/spool/exim4 reject > /dev/null
/usr/sbin/exim_tidydb -t 1d /var/spool/exim4 wait-remote_smtp > /dev/null
