[Baruwa] IRC Chat

Hey, just wanted to try and get the IRC channel going again in freenode 
since we have so many of us trying to figure out Baruwa 2.0 and 
especially the multi node aspect of it. Seems there is a TON of things 
that have to be manually configured after using the install script (like 
Mailscanner, SA, ClamAV, etc, all are not setup yet).

Anyway, its #baruwa on irc.freenode.net
