No particular reason except I'm clueless with postsql and clueless with
mysql but mysql seemed easier to setup. I may move to postsql now that I
have it running as I did manage to set the postsql database up on another
test VM.

It did start working after I ran sa-learn --sync then left it over night.
I'm not so good with Linux but it was suggested by Jeremy that it would be
ok once a few emails went through the system.
