Hi Mark,

Great, our third email was cc'ed to [email protected],
so hopefully will hear back from him soon.

A SaaS demo account is fine
too, we don't know how usable the product is yet as there's only screen
shots on-line.

We tested v1 some years back also, but it wasn't what
we were after.

Thanks again.

How do you contact Enterprise support? How did/do you contact Andrew
directly? Does the [email protected] [6]email address work? How did
you sign up for the software? Can the enterprise version be demo'ed? We
know we can build from source and have no problems going that route, our
choice though is to not only avoid that and use a vendor supported
packaging system, but also to support the product financially through
the paid subscriptions, on top of the commercial support if we need it.

customer and yes, it can be used. I though just got started last week
with it. Don't have it in production yet because of the lack of cluster
documentation. Note that the enterprise version is pretty close to the
same as the community version, but with a repo and puppet install for
easier install and maintenance. Plus a few other extras. On 2013-02-25

the "[email protected] [1]" email address since last Friday, but
aren't getting replies. Today we cc'ed [email protected] [2] on the
original email to [email protected] [3], for hopefully a response
from Andrew. In the mean time, we've just joined this list and would
like to query, is the Enterprise "version" actually available? can be
signed up for? can it be demo'ed? We have no place to turn to ask such
questions since replies from the [email protected] [4] address are
non-existent. Thanks. Michael.
