Hi there, I am pretty novice to the baruwa and trying it for first time. However I am confused on architecture and would appreciate if someone can answer my query or shed some light on it. I am planning to use baruwa in gateway mode and my internal system would be zimbra. now since baruwa is gonna be my relay server for incoming as well as outgoing messages, how remote users will be authenticated and what mail server address they should configure in their mail clients like Outlook or Thunderbird or even smartphone to have them authenticated before relaying the message? Previously I used to have only one server which used to perform SMTP AUTH for remote users. In the gateway mode will baruwa proxy the authentication on behalf of users resided on my internal zimbra server?
INTERNET <------------------->baruwa.example.com <---------------> zim.example.com And I am sorry but not sure if this question was asked before but can baruwa perform recipient_check with my zimbra server? I guess this option is not available in 1.x. I was referring to the docs but didn't find the option. Regards, blason
