Which server is hosting dovecot, A or B? Are either of these boxes hosting the 
mail for xxx.com.py ? Do you have alias's setup in alias file on both servers?

1- We do not know why we receive the same mail of Mailscanner many times?
2- What does the email message from MailScanner?. and
3- How to fix it
