That should fix your error for now mid you lose an email file and it gets stuck in the processing database, just repeat the steps.
You can set the subject change in Mailscanner.conf. It will only stop the mail for 10 seconds at most. Your Mailscanner is trying to process mail that. I longer exists. The processing db file has them linked.
