The IP whitelisting is missing, please add the following ACL under the
whitelisted_domains
ACL and above the the spamhaus ACL
accept message = The sending host $sender_host_address is whitelisted
hosts = +whitelisted_hosts
add_header = X-Baruwa-Whitelisted-Host: $sender_host_address
