Subject: [Baruwa] Failed Baruwa Install - Internal Server Error (from
Webinterface)

Hi Everyone,

I have used Jeremy's install script on two servers, one virtual and one
physical.

The virtual one is installed, configured, up and running wonderfully for nearly
3 weeks now.
The physical server has problems with the install (twice now). :-(

Install 1 : I modified the script file that I used for the virtual server
changing only the server name and then copied to the physical server and ran it.
Install 2 : I re-downloaded the script from github (just in case of version
changes in the script / libraries etc.) made the necessary changes to the start
of the script and then ran it.

Look like Babel is saying Norwegian (no) locale is missing. Are you using a
FQDN for the physical server?

Hi Mohammed,

Yes I am using a FQDN for the server.

My colleague has found a solution for me. Yay!

The Babel package that got installed was pulled from the CentOS server as a
dependancy of something else AND a newer version of babel (1.3) was released on
Friday. The newer version does not have a "no" option nearest we could see was
"nn_NO".
Performing a ...
pip install babel==0.9.6
... in the virtual python environment, downgraded the installed babel to 0.9.6.
(The same version that my last install used).

Now everything works A-OK

Regards

Ritchie
