This is due to exim EXPERIMENTAL_TPDA option is not enabled in Exim master branch. 9 months ago this functionality was called Bug 1031 and I compiled it manually. Now it is more easier to do that we need to enable EXPERIMENTAL_TPDA option, unfortunately I have no idea how to create centos package or what should be Centos default compile options.
